9.15 am                                Trust boat “Tiwai” will uplift Matakana Island Shareholders.

09.30 am                              Powhiri followed by registrations

10.00 am                              Hui will commence with a Karakia

            Brendon Taingahue retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for re-election.     

All trustee nominations must be made on the Tauwhao Te Ngare Trust Nomination Form and include a biography.  Forms should be sent to Tauwhao Te Ngare Trust, PO Box 32, TAURANGA 3144, and received no later than 4.00pm Wednesday 28th  October 2026.
